These Terms govern your use of progella.com and our biophilic design consultancy services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Progella provides consultancy including plant selection, maintenance system design, green wall feasibility, environmental measurement, wellbeing integration, and staff education. Specific services defined in individual agreements.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, not use our website unlawfully, comply with applicable laws, make timely payments, and provide timely decisions to avoid delays.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content is Progella property, protected by Polish and international copyright. Consultancy deliverables become client property upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Progella shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the engagement. Plant outcomes depend on maintenance adherence.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes subject to courts of Kraków.
